Quality Control

After the foundry process, to meet our standard, we randomly inspect the product quality. Consequently, we use scope inspection the quality of metal casting after foundry process.

Moreover, we randomly test the stress and strain of metal after the foundry process to guarantee the product quality meet the your requirement.

Next, if the customer require machinery the products through the lathe, gouging, drilling or tapping process. We will inspect the product by CMM (Coordinate-Measuring Machine). Hence our product guarantee the quality and precision. For example the pulley would not sway when rotate after assembling with machine.
